COMPOSITION
Each 1ml contains:
Atropine Sulfate 20mg

APPLICATION/INDICATION
Atropine Sulfate 2% Injectable Solution can be used as spasmolysis in painful conditions of animals, for decreasing salivation and bronchial secretion in surgeries under anesthesia and as pre-anesthetic substance for preventing adverse effects on increased vagal tonus on heart ( together with analgesic drugs before the anesthesia particularly in traumatized cats and dogs ).Moreover, it can be used as antidote in toxicities of insecticides with organic phosphor or in the carbamate group as well as eserin, pilocarpin, arecholine and chloroform toxicities.

USAGE AND DOSAGE
Unless recommended otherwise by veterinarian:Atropine Sulfate 2% Injectable Solution is subcutaneously administered for parasempatolysis.It is administered at following doses including twice administration in the first day of the treatment and once daily doses in remaining days.

Horse, Cow           1.5-6 ml
Sheep, Goat          0.5-3 ml
Dog              0.03-0.5 ml
Cat              0.01-0.03 ml

If it is used as antidote, it is slowly administered intravenous in toxicities of organic phosphor or carbamate group insecticides.Subcutaneous administration is the route in other toxicities.

Cat               0.1-0.2 ml/10 kg

Dose should be repeated only by monitoring atropinization symptoms and depending on the regression of toxicity symptoms.

DRUG RESIDUE CAUTIONS IN FOODSTUFF
Drug Residue Elimination Time (d.R.E.T.):Cattle and sheep should not be transferred to slaughtering throughout the treatment or within 20 days following last administration of the drug, Moreover, milk obtained from milking cattle and sheep throughout treatment and within 4 days (8 milking) following last administration should not be offered to consumption by human.

STORAGE CONDITION AND SHELF LIFE
If it is stored at room temperature, the shelf life is 36 months from production date.Protect from the light.

FORM OF COMMERCIAL SUPPLY
It is supplied in 20 ml, 50 ml and 100 ml glass bottles in the cardboard boxes.
