Generic Name:Analgin Injection
Main Components:Analgin
Characters:A colorless to pale yellow clear liquid.
Pharmacological Effects:Analgin Injection is more significant antipyretic effect, the analgesic effect is also strong, and have some anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic effect. No significant effect on the stomach and intestines.Can not be combined with chlorpromazine, in order to avoid the sharp drop in body temperature. Can not be combined with barbiturates and phenylbutazone, due to the interaction will affect the liver microsomal enzyme activity. Inhibit the formation of prothrombin, increased bleeding tendency.
Indications:Analgin Injection is used in animal muscle pain, colic, rheumatism and febrile diseases.
Dosage and Administration:Intramuscular injection per dosage: horses, cattle 10g; sheep 1 ~ 2g to 3g; dog pig 0.3 ~0.6g.
Side Effect:Long-term use can cause neutropenia.
Notice:Not suitable for injection in particular, especially for injection of joints, or may cause muscle atrophy and joint dysfunction.
Withdrawal Time:Cattle, sheep, pigs :28 days;
Milk discard period: 7 datys.
