Ingredients rich in vitamin C and other nutrients are perfect to beat the heat and get a health boost. A refreshing summer drink which is absolutely delicious and contains goodness of natural ingredients, making it a perfect summer affair.

Coconut water and orange smoothie

Tender Coconut Water -100ml

Fresh Orange Juice- 80ml (Vitamin-C)

Red Bell Pepper- 15 grams (Vitamin-C, Beta-carotene)

1. Peel orange and squeeze the juice

2. Wash and cut a red bell pepper

3. Wash and peel a ginger

1. In a mixture grinder bowl take all of the above ingredients and mix them well

2. Mix them until it gives you a smooth consistency and there you have your smoothie ready.

Watermelon is the perfect summer fruit that we need to beat the blues and adding goodness of dry fruits to it, just brings out a lip-smacking drink.

Watermelon and dry fruit punch

1. Take all of the above ingredients in a mixture grinder and mix them well

2. Grind them for about 2-3 minutes.

3. Add 10 cubes of ice in a glass and then pour the drink into it.

4. Mix it well and serve cold.

Coconut water and chia seeds lemonade

Chia seeds- 2 tbsp (soaked for 10minutes)

A handful fresh mint leaves for garnish

A few lemon slices for garnish

1. Add the lemon juice, honey and the soaked chia seeds to the tender coconut water in a jug, mix them well and keep it in the fridge for about 15- 20 minutes.

2. Pour the drink in glasses, garnish it with fresh mint leaves and lemon wedges, add a few ice cubes and your drink is ready to serve.

Give yourself a dose of refreshing yet healthy elements with this immunity boosting shot

1/2 tsp turmeric powder or fresh turmeric juice

1. Grate the ginger, add in a cloth and squeeze out the ginger juice.

2. Add turmeric, lemon, honey and black pepper and stir

3. Add orange juice to dilute the drink

4. Drink this shot to boost and strengthen immunity
